Deposit and Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT

The cancellation policy begins with our deposit requirements. A three night credit or debit card deposit is required to secure your reservation. The card is charged at the time the reservation is made. These are real deposits, not just "a credit card number to hold the room.” There is a 48 hour grace period from the time of your booking to cancel with no penalty.

CANCELLATIONS

Once you have reserved your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay, even though the deposit may only represent a portion of it. We will refund 100% of your deposit with at least 14 days notice of cancellation. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival are non-refundable.
